At Axe Bullets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@axebullets.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have an RA number, please ship your item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will review the product and issue a replacement if damages or defects is deemed plausible. Please allow up to 10 business days for the process to be completed.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that has been opened or used.
